Breakers is an attractive two story building (completed in late 1999) resembling a "wave" consisting of four two bedroom suites, eight one bedroom units and eight studio units overlooking a superb pool complex featuring a waterfall and large BBQ area for great outdoor dining. All units are equipped with Sky TV - not that you'll be watching much with all the things to do in Whangamata!
