Booking Policy

Bookings will be accepted and guaranteed by us on receipt of your valid credit card details, depending on availability of the rooms.

Cancellations: We realize that even with careful planning it may become necessary to cancel or change reservations due to unforeseen circumstances.
For a stay of 1 to 2 nights notification of cancellation must be received by 4.00pm 1 day prior to date of reservation. For a stay of 3 to 4 nights notification of cancellation must be received by 4.00pm 2 days prior to date of reservation. For a stay longer than 4 nights, or group bookings notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to date of reservation. If notification is received outside of the above criteria we reserve the right to charge half the quoted tariff. If no notification is received the full amount will be charged.
