1. Payment Policy

1.1 A credit card is required to secure all bookings and may be processed following a breach of the terms and conditions.

1.2 During Special Events (to be determined by Breakers Motel) a non-refundable deposit of one-nights tariff will be charged upon booking.

1.3 Between 20 December and 31 January (regardless of the year) a non-refundable deposit of one-nights tariff will be charged upon booking.

1.4 Credit Card surcharge 2% will be applied to all bookings.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Notice of cancellation must be provided 5 days prior to the booked date according to the check-in time of 2pm.

2.2 For a stay exceeding 4 nights, group bookings, special events and for the dates between 20 December and 31 January notification of cancellation or amendment must be received 7 days prior to the booked date according to the check-in time of 2pm.

2.3 A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted during minimum stay periods.

2.4 We reserve the right to process a guests provided credit card for half the quoted tariff if notification is received outside of the above criteria.

2.5 We reserve the right to process a guests provided credit card for the quoted tariff if no notification is received.

2.6 All Credit Card transactions will incur a 2% surcharge fee.

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1 Smoking and the cooking of odorous food is prohibited in all rooms. The registered guest is responsible for any loss of income due to the inability to on sell a room as a result of any odour damage

3.2 The registered guest is responsible for any theft or physical damage caused to Breakers Motel by any guest or visitor for whom they are responsible for.

3.3 The registered guest is responsible for any cleaning or replacement costs is a room is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

3.4 No animals are permitted within the Breakers Motel Units or Grounds.
